SALES
In our territory it is all about relationships strengthened through clear communication, honesty and integrity. We connect you to your customer. Our sales team cover retail, wholesale and industrial customers and travel extensively within the territory to keep a physical presence in store for your brand.
KEY ACCOUNTS
Our team will connect you to the right person at regional level for trade negotiations, promotional grids, trading terms and relationship building. Everything you need to launch or introduce new products to the market.
MERCHANDISING
We provide access to a system of merchandisers overseen by our territory supervisors who link directly into our Sales Management for fast and effective responses.
WAREHOUSING
We offer food grade storage to enable cost effective, bulk shipping of product into the territory. Our team will pick and pack per order processed by our Admin staff.
DISTRIBUTION
We run our own trucks within the East London area, and maintain strong relationships with transporters who service the entire territory, allowing consistent delivery for our principals.
ADMIN
Our admin provide key support to the sales team, backing up visits telephonically, processing orders, following up on deliveries and assisting accounts and financial departments with customer accounts. Whether from our warehouses or direct from the factory, our team drive the sale from order through to delivery.
